EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
• Order once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 Hours. The Brand Barrel endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality packaging standards. As a policy, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Product cannot be exchanged or returned incase of dislike.
• Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
• All our products are handmade by artisans, one pièce at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products in terms of texture, colour and size.
• If you receive a Defective/Incorrect Product please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Please ensure you take pictures and videos while unboxing the package and share the same with us on [email protected]
On receiving your complaint, The Brand Barrel shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if The Brand barrel is convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will start initiating the replacement process.
In Order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:
1. Please notify The Brand Barrel of receipt of a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, The Brand Barrel shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
2. Products have to be unused.
3. Products should be returned in their original Packaging along with the Original Price tags, barcodes, labels, invoices, etc.
4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that here is no further damage of products during transit itself.
5. The returned Products are subject to verifications and checks by The Brand Barrel in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the complaint is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the return shipping costs of the product as well.
6. Once the Product is received by the The Brand Barrel and verified, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 2-3 working days on basis of availability.
7. In case of non -availability of the products, you will be informed and you will receive Store Credit against the Return. The Credit note will be shared to you via email or Phone. The Credit note issued will be valid only for 30 days from the date of generation.
8. We request you to carefully read the product specifications and see if the wished product fits perfectly into your space.
9. There is no warranty on any of our products.
10. In case of any refund it will take approximately 5 to 7 working days for the payment to reflect in their credit card or bank account.
11. All Sales are final.
